Terms and conditions when booking events

The following are included in the prices:

  • Including setting of tables with a selection of different colours
  • Tablecloths and napkins in selected colours
  • We are happy to help with placing place cards if these are sorted and prepared
  • Standard flowers
  • Polite and friendly service from start to finish
  • We are happy to help with booking rooms - ask for prices
  • All prices are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT

The following cancellation rules apply to parties and events outside the building

For orders more than one year before the event is held, the entire event can be canceled in writing or written down free of charge up to 16 weeks before.
When ordering less than one year before the event is held, the entire event can be canceled in writing or written down free of charge up to 12 weeks before.
The final number will be announced 8 days before the event
In case of late reduction/cancellation, the following of the pre-ordered canceled services are liable:

  • Less than 24 hours before the start, 100% of the pre-ordered menu excluding drinks is charged.
  • In the event of non-attendance, 100% of the cover price including drinks will be charged.
