For orders more than one year before the event is held, the entire event can be canceled in writing or written down free of charge up to 16 weeks before.
When ordering less than one year before the event is held, the entire event can be canceled in writing or written down free of charge up to 12 weeks before.
In case of late reduction/cancellation, the following of the pre-ordered canceled services are liable:
Less than 24 hours before the start is liable for 100%
Between 1 – 7 days before the start, 95% is liable
Between 2 – 4 weeks before the start, 75% is liable
Between 5 – 6 weeks before the start, 50% is charged
Between 7 – 12 weeks before the start, 15% is charged
Between 13 – 16 weeks before the start, 5% is charged
Compensation is waived to the extent that the arrangement can be sold to another party.
