Booking and confirmation
A booking is binding once it has been confirmed. Confirmation can be given orally, in writing or via the booking system. When you make a booking, you must state your name/company name, address and telephone number (if these are not in our directory), arrival and departure dates as well as payment method and any billing address.
Cancellation and no-show
Medmindre andet aftales ved booking, kan afbestillinger foretages indtil kl. 12.00 lokal tid dagen før. Hvis gæsten udebliver uden forudgående afbestilling, eller afbestillingen foretages efter kl. 12.00 lokal tid, vil der blive opkrævet for den første overnatning.
If the hotel has incurred expenses specifically in connection with the reservation, the customer is obliged to cover these expenses.
Check-in and check-out
The room is available after 14.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 11.00 on the day of departure.
Får gæsten behov for at tjekke ud dagen før skal dette meddeles receptionen senest kl. 19.00 aftenen før den nye afrejsedag, Udtjekning senere end dette medfører fakturering for den efterfølgende nat, medmindre værelset kan sælges til anden side.
For groups it applies that
The order can be freely canceled up to and including 30 days before arrival.
After this, a maximum of 50% of the ordered event can be canceled according to the following rules:
After 30 days up to and including 20 days before arrival, up to 50% of the ordered event can be canceled free of charge.
After 20 days up to and including 10 days before arrival, up to 25% of the ordered event can be canceled free of charge.
After 10 days up to and including 5 days before arrival, up to 10% of the ordered event can be canceled free of charge.
After 5 days up to and including 3 days before arrival, up to 5% of the ordered event can be canceled free of charge.
In case of later cancellation, the hotel is entitled to compensation corresponding to ¾ of the price of the late canceled services in the final arrangement. In the event of a no-show, late arrival and premature departure, the hotel is entitled to a compensation corresponding to the full price of the final ordered arrangement.
Compensation is waived to the extent that the room can be sold to another party.
